By the way, for the last weeks I have been seeing all those wild pics and I can
only feel envy ejeje I've been showing off the blog out here too... Its my only
evidence that I actually drink ejej since at this point I rarely get to drink
alcohol, and since you can't really smoke anywhere then it kind of looses its
touch but well, its still enough. Not much has happened here so far... I have
been playing with this girl that makes her songs and wants "musicians" to
promote her album demo on shows and places.. I am still learning her songs and
rehearsing, but hopefully I will play later on.... And as I probably told most
of you the other day I went to one of her friend's house where we played to see
their opinion.....to my surprise their friends were lesbian....but in fact the
surprise was that one of them was Brazilian from Brasilia....and just by chance
I was wearing a Flamengo's shirt so It seemed I was very very Brazilian ejej I
used that chance to drink the my second beer so far eejj and play... Javo would
be proud of me ejejj Well, since the guy that was supposed to live here with me
luckily paid but won't live here apparently I told a guy from one of my team
groups that he could spend some nights here and together we bought some food,
kitchen and bathroom stuff and well he's been spending some night here...right
now he's a sleep... He seems to be a good guy.... Apparently he was born in
Dominican Republic and has been moving around the states and caribe.... Since we
don't have a car and we are still applying out strategies to meet girls we spend
our weekends like now doing laundry, watching TV, downloading porn fast thanks
to HIGH SPEED internet eejejej and hanging around campus.... We were supposed to
work-out today, but after lunch we felt like better hanging around in the
room.... Concerning the city I have seen little of Miami and I found a close and
good movie theater which I went he other weekend and maybe go tomorrow..... But
again, since pretty much all things require a car to be done we are kind of
limited in distance but we wonder around campus quite a bit so we really don't
get bored. It hasn't been THAT hot here yet but they told me once this cold
period goes away it gets very hot... So far I haven't met any FRIENDS, but I do
know some few people which I'm getting to know... As I told most of you too I
only know a guy from Honduras, a Girl from Mexico, a Girl from Colombia (she's
27 and she's gonna get married in 2 months, but I AM TRYING!!! JEJ), the girl I
play with (she is 30 and has an 11 year-old daughter, but she seems 20), a
Mexican guy, another guy from Venezuela and my "roommate". I did meet some guys
from Panama and one lives next door, but I haven't talked to them since..... But
none of those guys even get close to you guys.... I still want to meet Brazilian
people and more girls of course but well hope I do ejej



I should be typing my part of a group essay but instead (trying to avoid it and
wanting to write to all of you guys) I am here making this post.. I know it is
kind of crappy, but well, what the hell....hope you like it..... I don't think
you guys are interested in which courses I'm taking or academic matters so I
won't write much about that.... Oh well...me and Sam (roommate) we would really
like to go to Key West or some place here in Florida where apparently he told me
things get pretty good... during Spring Break which I think is on March....but
again, without car its kind of hard ejej Another naive plan of ours was to
simply drive all the way up to New York in a road trip kind of style passing
through Washington and some other Cities, but I really don't think this will
happen......



One thing which I really miss from Rio and Latin American itself is the METRIC
SYSTEM!! ejej I really don't like pounds, ounces, yards, feet, Fahrenheit,
etc....(I probably misspelled couple of these words sorry). After talking to my
parents we decided that the best would be for me to go on June and spend part of
it together with all July and all August in Rio..... Since by doing this I could
study part of summer before going on holidays over there and therefore complete
2 semestres... Hopefully this will workout how it does in theory, I am kind of
nervous about the exams so....I'll inform you guys about it later on....



Well I can't think o something else I could post that would not bore you
